Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute more.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in corn and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
