Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avoganic avocado
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 rib celery chopped
  • 1 scallion white + green parts, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 fresh mango chopped
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lime juice of
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • to taste fresh chilies Optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth and silky, adding a little more water as necessary to reach desired consistency.
  • Chill or enjoy at room temp; serve topped w/ more olive oil and mango, cilantro, and fresh chilies.
