Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bag hash browns
  • 1 cup cubed ham Optional
  • 1 bag frozen corn Optional
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots Optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
