Instructions
Combine potatoes, broccoli, and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Add milk and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
