Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound potatoes diced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt to taste salt
  • pepper to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine potatoes, broccoli, and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add milk and stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
