In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground pork and ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, corn, cream-style corn, hot sauce, pepper, salt, thyme, and cayenne pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until thickened and the flavors have combined.
Stir in the cooked and shredded chicken during the last 10 minutes of simmering.
