Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 15oz can corn drained
  • 1 15oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb chicken cooked and shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground pork and ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, corn, cream-style corn, hot sauce, pepper, salt, thyme, and cayenne pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until thickened and the flavors have combined.
  • Stir in the cooked and shredded chicken during the last 10 minutes of simmering.
  • Serve hot.
