cabbage

gluten-free or wheat
Instructions
Fry bacon in a large skillet until done.
Add cabbage, onion, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the bacon. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook over medium heat until cabbage is fork tender, about 10 minutes.
Bring water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender (3-5 minutes for gluten-free, 15-20 minutes for wheat).
Drain noodles and combine with the cabbage mixture. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
