Cabbage and Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 package noodles gluten-free or wheat

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon in a large skillet until done.
  • Add cabbage, onion, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the bacon. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until cabbage is fork tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Bring water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender (3-5 minutes for gluten-free, 15-20 minutes for wheat).
  • Drain noodles and combine with the cabbage mixture. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
