Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups strong Brewed Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga Tea
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 large Carrot Sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Stick of Celery
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga tea per instructions on the bag. Strain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, add oil, mushrooms, and onion until cooked through.
  • Add carrots and celery and cook until softened.
  • Add the brewed chaga tea and bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
