Instructions
Brew Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga tea per instructions on the bag. Strain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add oil, mushrooms, and onion until cooked through.
Add carrots and celery and cook until softened.
Add the brewed chaga tea and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
