Chicken Bok Choy and Beach Mushrooms over Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 head Bok choy
  • 8 oz Beach mushrooms
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add bok choy and beach mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  • Serve over jasmine rice.
