Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add bok choy and beach mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Serve over jasmine rice.
