Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 each chicken carcass some meat and skin okay
  • 2-3 large carrots cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 small onions halved
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 each bay leaves
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to pot and stir to combine
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
  • Strain into a large stock pot, taste and adjust seasoning, or add additional water until desired flavor is reached
