Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Stir in sweet paprika and smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in shredded chicken and heat through.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Garnish with parsley and serve.
