diced tomatoes
undrained

green chilies
diced

chicken broth

cups
cooked chicken
shredded

tortillas
corn or flour
cut into strips
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a stock pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin and paprika and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the diced tomatoes, green chilies and chicken broth, then add the chicken.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve topped with tortilla strips.
