Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Curly Endive (Frisée) Chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice Leftover is fine
  • 1 bunch Garlic Scapes Chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons Preserved Lemons Or fresh lemon juice and zest if preserved lemons are unavailable
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chili Oil To taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the chopped endive and garlic scapes and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pot and heat through.
  • Serve immediately, topped with preserved lemons and a drizzle of chili oil.
