Instructions
Combine zucchini, green onions, and chicken broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add lime juice, avocado, cumin, salt, and kefir.
Blend until smooth.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
