halved and pitted

buttermilk

rice wine vinegar

Instructions
Scoop avocado flesh from skins with a spoon into a food processor or blender.
Add buttermilk, onion, vinegar, and dill.
Puree until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
Cover mixture and refrigerate until well chilled.
