Instructions
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned.
Add water to the beef and bring to a boil.
Add the noodles to the beef broth and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and sesame oil before serving.
