Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g noodles
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned.
  • Add water to the beef and bring to a boil.
  • Add the noodles to the beef broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with scallions and sesame oil before serving.
