Instructions
In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add chicken, carrots, and celery. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in egg noodles, thyme, pepper, and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
