Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup Celery Sliced
  • 1 cup Egg Noodles
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add chicken, carrots, and celery. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir in egg noodles, thyme, pepper, and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
