probiotic yogurt
(3,5 - 4%)

water

cucumber
(or 2 small cucumbers), diced

clove
garlic
minced (optional)

olive oil

dill weed
chopped

add gradually to taste
ground walnuts
topping (optional)
sesame seeds
topping (optional)
cumin
topping (optional)
pumpkin seed oil
topping (optional)
Instructions
Whisk yogurt with water in a bowl until smooth.
In a small bowl toss cucumbers with pressed garlic (optional), some salt, dill, olive oil. Then add to the yogurt+water.
Top with some ground nuts/sesame seeds, cumin if you like and pumpkin seed oil. Salt to taste.
