Country Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery sliced
  • 1 lb Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 cup Green Beans cut
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  • Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add potatoes and diced tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add green beans and corn. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
