Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and diced tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add green beans and corn. Cook for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
