Instructions
Steam broccoli according to package directions.
In a large pot, melt butter and coconut oil over medium heat.
Whisk in rice flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in oat milk until smooth.
Add steamed broccoli and nutmeg. Blend with an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
