  • 2 Tbs Refined Coconut Oil
  • 6 Green Onions, tops only
  • 1/4 cup White Rice Flour
  • 4 cups Oatly Oat Drink (WHOLE MILK) Dark Blue Container
  • 2 cups Oatly Oat Drink, or any other non-dairy milk Light Blue Container
  • 2 pkg Steamable Broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 380 mg Calcium
  • 3 mg Vitamin C
  • 2 mg Iron
  • 19 g Sugar
  • 151 mg Potassium
  • 4 g Fiber

Instructions
 

  • Steam broccoli according to package directions.
  • In a large pot, melt butter and coconut oil over medium heat.
  • Whisk in rice flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in oat milk until smooth.
  • Add steamed broccoli and nutmeg. Blend with an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender and blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
