Instructions
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Add jalapenos, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded chicken. Heat through.
Serve hot.
