Instructions
Remove kernels from corn ears.
Combine corn kernels and heavy cream in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until corn is tender and cream has thickened.
Stir in chili powder.
Serve hot, topped with a dollop of sweet ricotta and a squeeze of lime juice.
