Ingredients
  

  • 6 ears Corn Fresh, kernels removed
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Remove kernels from corn ears.
  • Combine corn kernels and heavy cream in a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat until corn is tender and cream has thickened.
  • Stir in chili powder.
  • Serve hot, topped with a dollop of sweet ricotta and a squeeze of lime juice.
