Creamy Cauliflower, Collagen and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cauliflower chopped
  • 1 zucchini peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 cups chicken bone broth
  • 0.33 lb cooked chicken chopped
  • 2 tbsp Bulletproof Unflavored Collagen Protein
  • 1-2 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Steam the cauliflower and zucchini in a saucepan until completely tender. Drain away all of the excess water.
  • Add the chopped chicken, bone broth, butter and salt into the same saucepan, along with steamed veggies. Heat on a medium temperature.
  • Once the mix is heated through, add it to a high-powered blender and blitz until completely smooth.
  • Add the Unflavored Collagen Protein powder and blend on low until it’s incorporated.
  • Pour into two bowls. Top with extra butter and a sprinkle of salt and fresh herbs. Serve and enjoy!
