Precook the gnocchi, defrost and chop the chicken, and wash the spinach.
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, Herbs de Provence, black pepper, and salt.
Add heavy cream and milk to the pot and heat until simmering.
Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Add vegetable broth, chicken, and gnocchi. Bring to a simmer and cook until gnocchi is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Havarti cheese until melted.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
