Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Water
  • 10 cubes Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 cups Diced Carrots
  • 2 cups Diced Celery
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3 cups Egg Noodles
  • 2 cups Diced Chicken Cooked and shredded

Instructions
 

  • Place water and chicken bouillon in a crockpot.
  • Add diced carrots, celery, and onions to the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until vegetables are fork tender.
  • Shred cooked chicken.
  • Add cream of chicken soup to a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add noodles and shredded chicken to the boiling soup.
  • Cook until noodles are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
