Cooked and shredded
Instructions
Place water and chicken bouillon in a crockpot.
Add diced carrots, celery, and onions to the crockpot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until vegetables are fork tender.
Shred cooked chicken.
Add cream of chicken soup to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add noodles and shredded chicken to the boiling soup.
Cook until noodles are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
