Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Pour in fish stock and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream.
Add seafood and cook until opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Serve hot.
