corn starch
for thickening
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the Crock Pot, adding the water last.
Stir a bit to mix.
Cook 6 hours on low, or 4 hours on high, until chicken is cooked through.
Check at halfway point to see if you need to add corn starch to thicken it up. Add 1 teaspoon at a time (about 2 teaspoons total).
