Crock Pot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 breasts chicken breasts frozen
  • 2 cups mixed peas and carrots frozen
  • 1 cup corn frozen
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • as needed teaspoon corn starch for thickening

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into the Crock Pot, adding the water last.
  • Stir a bit to mix.
  • Cook 6 hours on low, or 4 hours on high, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Check at halfway point to see if you need to add corn starch to thicken it up. Add 1 teaspoon at a time (about 2 teaspoons total).
