Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth May need more depending on desired consistency
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  • Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cooked bacon to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in chicken broth, ensuring the chicken is mostly submerged.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks.
  • Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
