Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium Russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 package Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
  • Place the diced potatoes in the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the potatoes.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top of the potatoes.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the layered ingredients, ensuring the liquid just covers them.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese, bacon, or green onions if desired.
