Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 5 medium Potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery Chopped
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the browned beef, potatoes, onion, celery, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and pepper to the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
