Instructions
Cook chopped meat over medium heat until browned and drain.
Add sausage, broth, tomatoes, and cream cheese to the crockpot and stir well.
Cook on low for 4-4.5 hours until the cream cheese is melted.
Stir in the tortellini and spinach and cook until the pasta is no longer frozen (about 20-30 minutes).
Serve immediately. Move to serving/storage bowl to prevent overcooking.
