Crockpot Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage Or ground beef/chicken
  • 2 15 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 32 oz Chicken Broth Or vegetable broth
  • 1 bag Frozen Tortellini
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Spinach
  • to taste Parmesan Cheese For garnish/stirring in

Instructions
 

  • Cook chopped meat over medium heat until browned and drain.
  • Add sausage, broth, tomatoes, and cream cheese to the crockpot and stir well.
  • Cook on low for 4-4.5 hours until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Stir in the tortellini and spinach and cook until the pasta is no longer frozen (about 20-30 minutes).
  • Serve immediately. Move to serving/storage bowl to prevent overcooking.
