Instructions
Place the pork, bacon, potatoes, onions, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a large pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the pork is very tender.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve hot.
