Instructions
In a slow cooker combine the potatoes, broth, soup, onion and pepper.
Place the cover on your crockpot and cook the soup on low for five hours.
Next it is time to stir in the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook this mixture 30 minutes while stirring occasionally until all is combined.
Before you serve the Potato Soup, you can garnish it with a little chopped green onion or even add more cheddar cheese for a “professional look.”
