Easy Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup egg pasta
  • to taste rosemary
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine chicken broth, carrots, celery, peas, corn, and mushrooms in a large pot or slow cooker.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Add cooked chicken and egg pasta to the pot.
  • Continue to simmer until pasta is cooked through.
  • Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste.
