Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Spring Mix
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black Pepper to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve immediately.
