Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Beef Broth High quality broth recommended
  • 1 cup Korean Radish Kimchi radish
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi
  • 1 cup Rice Cooked
  • 2 oz Beef Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring beef broth to a boil in a pot.
  • Add kimchi radish and kimchi to the boiling broth.
  • Add thinly sliced beef and cook for 1 minute.
  • Season with salt, starting with 1/4 tsp and adjusting to taste.
  • Serve hot with cooked rice.
