Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven. Drain off any excess grease.
Add diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, onion (or onion powder), garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
If using, add tomato paste.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
