For serving
Instructions
Combine chicken stock, chicken, black beans, corn, and green beans in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Stir in diced tomatoes & green chilies and heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with dairy-free shredded cheese and avocado (optional). Serve with tortilla chips.
