Egg Tofu Soup with Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package soft tofu
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ground pork, white pepper, fish sauce, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  • Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add meatballs and cook until they float to the surface.
  • Gently add soft tofu to the pot. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Stir in sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
