Instructions
Clean and season the fish with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic.
Place the seasoned fish in a pot. Add chopped onions and bouillon cubes.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve hot.
