Fish Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Tilapia or Catfish
  • 2 tablespoons Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Garlic
  • 1 bulb Onion chopped
  • 2 cubes Bouillon
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean and season the fish with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic.
  • Place the seasoned fish in a pot. Add chopped onions and bouillon cubes.
  • Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve hot.
