Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
  • 1 stick cold butter cut into thin pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the uncooked rice evenly in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the beef broth over the rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the French onion soup over the beef broth.
  • Layer the butter pieces evenly over the rice and soup mixture.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
