Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Pour the beef broth over the rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Pour the French onion soup over the beef broth.
Layer the butter pieces evenly over the rice and soup mixture.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
