Garlic & Sage Butternut Squash

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds cubed butternut squash
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon dried rub sage
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Peel and cube your butternut squash, or use pre-cut butternut squash
  • Add your squash and remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl
  • Mix until your squash is evenly coated
  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the squash mixture; ensure they are not touching.
  • Place into the oven and cook for 15 minutes, flipping after 7 minutes
  • Remove from oven after 15 minutes and allow to cool
