Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Tomatoes Ripe, preferably from your garden
  • 1 medium Cucumber Peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Any color, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
