Instructions
Roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
Finely chop the red onion and garlic.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
