Ingredients
  

  • 10 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup no salt added Organic Chicken or Vegetable Stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped in chunks
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped in chunks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in fourths
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped in chunks
  • 1 T Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a blender and blend on high until pureed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
