Gluten-Free Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 TBSPs Italian seasoning
  • 2 TBSPs olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 jar marinara
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef grass-fed
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles broken up, gluten-free optional

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and garlic.
  • Add Italian seasoning and beef; brown the meat, and then drain the grease.
  • Add broth, marinara and ricotta.
  • Add in broken-up lasagna noodles.
  • Simmer until pasta is cooked. Serve and enjoy.
