Instructions
Combine vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in cannellini beans and pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Stir in spinach during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve hot.
