Goat Meat Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Goat meat size-bites
  • 5 pieces Habanero peppers adjust to your level of heat tolerance
  • 2 pieces Jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper soup spice heapful
  • a handful Scent leaves or parsley/uziza leaves
  • to taste Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Combine goat meat, habanero peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, ginger, oil, and pepper soup spice in a pot.
  • Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 50 minutes, or until the goat meat is tender.
  • Add scent leaves (or parsley/uziza leaves) and seasoning to taste.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
