Instructions
Combine goat meat, habanero peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, ginger, oil, and pepper soup spice in a pot.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 50 minutes, or until the goat meat is tender.
Add scent leaves (or parsley/uziza leaves) and seasoning to taste.
Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
