Golden Turkey Stock

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 hours Turkey Wings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 sprig Herbs such as marjoram, thyme, or bay leaf
  • 10 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Toss turkey wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast wings for 1.5 hours, until golden brown.
  • Transfer wings to Instant Pot. Add carrots, onion, celery, and herbs.
  • Pour in 10 cups of water.
  • Secure lid and pressure cook for 2 hours.
  • Allow for natural slow release.
  • Strain stock to remove solids.
