Instructions
In a large soup pot over medium heat add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
Add chicken broth, green chile, fire roasted tomatoes, and fire roasted corn. Bring to a simmer.
Add chopped chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve hot.
