Instructions
In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add spinach, kale, and broccoli and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cannellini beans, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
